Makes the in-game water darker.

This plug-in will add the tramway system, which is compatible with any inter-station plug-in. This pack includes:
-Two train systems
-Four road types for each
-Tram stops and stations for each
-Four train colors
-Tramway station deco
-Road deco that can slow down trains for realistic stations
-A special bonus for supporting me through the plug-in store (A new road deco that will significantly speed up tramway rails, or any other roads)

Notes:
-Add-ons for the tramway will require the version of this plug-in found at my website, Retro City Center.
-Please deactivate the tramway demo if you have it downloaded before using this plug-in.
-Blue tram stops are used with the single rails, and pink tramway stops are used with the double rails. They cannot be used with one another.
-The tramway system is compatible with the vanilla train system and most other train plug-ins. The tram system is NOT compatible with other train plug-ins.

Adds a news ticker to the screen that displays random (and sometimes funny) headlines, similar to the news ticker from SimCity 3000. You can even disable certain types of headlines in settings/plugins/Theo News Network.
Note: It's missing a few features and optimizations, but I will probably add them in the future. For example, the news ticker's speed is still tied to the framerate. Regardless, it should work okay for now.
Please keep in mind that this plug-in only supports English.

There's also an add-on available that includes some headlines from SimCity. You can download it from my website, Retro City Center (TheoTown/Plug-ins/Other).

Allows users to place nearly any building using the zone tool. Pressing the button on the sidebar will enter the tool with the last building you used. Unfortunately, it is not compatible with RCI buildings. Make sure you drag from the left corner to the right corner if the building is bigger than 1x1. If you drag the wrong way, it may give you an error message (this won't crash the game though).

The description :
Soeman HS Library a.k.a Pekanbaru Regional library is a library and national archive in Pekanbaru,Riau Province, INDONESIA. It was named for the author Soeman HS.
The library was built by the government of Riau Province with six floors. The library has a number of facilities including an auditorium, cubicles of Malay culture, an atrium, meeting room, Internet room, small mosque, café, cafeteria and Energy Corner (Chevron Library).
The Library Soeman HS also keeps a number of works of literature related to Malay culture, stored in a special room known as the Malay Chambers.

A floating wind turbine is an offshore wind turbine that is installed on top of a floating structure, and without this structure an electricity-generating turbine cannot be erected over deep water.

Introducing one of TheoTown biggest plugins ever made, and my biggest plugin ever by far.

-Short Description-
The Railroad expansion plugin is my largest plugin yet, and aim to add a large variety of trains, train station, rail tracks and other additions to spice up your gameplay and allows you to have a better experience. This plugin use a number of new functionalities, such as the ability to edit the length of trains, fully modulable train stations, new kind of rail-tracks and exclusive additions. This plugin is the result of months of works and was only possible thanks to the help of other plugin creators. Best of all ? It's available for 30 diamonds or an ad, basically an entire free dlc.

-Version-
The current version of the plugin is the version v2.0, and is the first major update since the release, it add 12 new trains, 2 new stations, retextured of many trains, as well as entirely retextured rail, bridges and tunnels texture.

-Plans for the future-
With the first large update released, I got absolutely no idea what to do next, and I'll likely stop the plugin there due to irl studies and stuff, and this, most likely until the next summer. Perhaps the future will see an update focused on other countries and maybe new types of trains, but for now, I will take a long and well deserved break.


-Q&A-
1) Why is the plugin named Max's railroad expansion if you were helped in the developpment
- Well young Timmy, ask no more, since content from other plugin creators was added, the name has been changed to "The Railroad Expansion", and all contributors to the plugin have been honored for their contribution.

2) Are you planning to add x train from x country ?
- Planification for new assets is made in advance by the development team, therefore, we cant guarantee if your request will be added but any interesting requests has a change to be approved. In addition, due to my irl schedules, I no longer can find the time to work on this plugin, which is why the update scheduled for August only came this November.

3) How can i suggest a train ?
- Any suggestion of train should include the model of the train engine, the nationality of the train and its purpose. For example, a regional train should include the name of the train, the model of the train-engine, the nationality of the train and the region it is used in.

4) Are maglev, steam trains, monorail & street cars planned ?
- Some have just been added, but there will likely be not many more, since I need a break.

5) Will you add more rail-tracks instead of the current generic tracks ?
- Yes, not right now tho, I want to eventually add more variety but it'll wait for when I got more time for myself.

6) Rotations seems odd with the large train station slopped roof...
- I noticed that too, but i dont know how to fix that, therefore, it'll take some time because it's fixed, i advice to remove the slopped roof if you rotate the map and then to replace it once it's done.

1)You are not allowed under any circumstances to (re)upload the plugin without my approval.
2)In order to use any textures from the plugin, you should request my approval first.
3)The plugin was developped on a pc and has been tested on a pc, therefore, the plugin can be a bit less efficient on lower end devices, especially if the game is in fast mode.
