Hello, I've been gone for a while but I'm back. Throughout all my plugins, I've never once made a basic house. It's time for that to change.
Now, I'm used to making theme based buildings (apocalypse, mining town, GTF) but I've never tried just plain houses. This is my first, it's not fantastic if I'm honest but it's my first go and I hope to get better.
(I'd really appreciate some tips)

Hi! Its AdmiralCarl. Here's my newest plugin. Christmas tree!, It's almost "BER" months so I decided to make this plugin. We Filipinos celebrates Christmas as early as the September comes in.

It consists of:
1x1 2 decorative Christmas trees, each are having different changing christmas lights during night and even having a soundclick!. However you can only build them manually or 1 by 1.

5 new nature themed wall art designs

Uses fence tool so it doesn't take up a whole tile. About the same height as the wall that spawns when you place a house on a slope. By placing these walls, you can get nicer hills and roads on slopes. Two examples are shown in the thumbnail. This is a 2x2 water tower, inspired in the Plaza de Castilla Water Tower, part of the Queen Isabel II canal system, in Madrid. It was built in 1939, with a height of 40m. Nowadays it's a cultural place surrounded with parks.
This Plugin Includes:
- A water tower with 3 stages:
1. Default.
2. Publicity, which adds a small cultural influence area, and a banner that displays different advertisements.
3. Remodelation, whis adds a larger cultural influence area and a new structure around the water with glass panels.

*The pools in the image are not included, made with fences and asphalt*

Hi! This is AdmiralCarl, here's my another plugin for ship lovers!, it the first biggest cargo ship in the game with animations!, unfortunately it doesnt move. Why? It exceeds to 2x2 tiles which is the limited size for the ship to be able to move. It is a 7x7 Bulk Carrier ship with sound, night, and animations like; waving flag, walking crews, dropping anchor, rotating radar antenna and opening/closing of hatch cover.

- When you touch it, Nessie roars, so has a little noise influence...
- This creature can be in the map once...
- Is a myth, so provides culture and park influences to your city...

This is the Intempo Building, a golden 47-floor, 187-metre-high skyscraper in Benidorm, Spain. It's construction began in 2007. Originally scheduled for completion in 2009, work was significantly hampered by the economic crisis of 2008 which seriously affected the real estate sector in Spain. Construction was almost completed in March 2014, but the sponsoring undertaking went into bankruptcy. Now it is expected to be fully finished in the first quarter of 2021.
