it's time to find a use of destroyed cars that been abandoned in junkyards in your city, we just received a fantastic machine that crushes cars into small cubes so it can be stored properly, that of course after we take the good parts to be recycled and used again.

Josh owns a farm which is the home of the biggest tree in ThoeTown world. his grandfather planted this tree years ago before he went to WW2, he never had the chance to come back home to see his tree all grown and big.
Josh's father been taking care of the tree and so did josh. and he hopes someday his son will do the same.

this is an agriculture airfield where Crop dusters takes off.. crop duster is an aircraft used for dusting or spraying large acreages with pesticides to keep your farms healthy and bugs free!

NOTE: it's NOT a functional airport.
it has 3 airfield pieces (begining, middle, and end) also 3 hangers and a crop duster placed on field which can also be used in the begining of the field. enjoy!

I'm Korean. I know what Korean do during this festival but dont know about Chinese&Japanese. So i just draw building that I imagine about both country.(sorry... ^.^)

They are 4×4 park. All of them have road in the left side and building in the right side.

For this plugin, I present you a Mega Pack, Walkway Pack, previously named Boardwalk-Pathway-Alleyway Pack. In this pack of packs, I have 3 new additions for you, the first being a Boardwalk to better your coasts, the second being a Pathway to easily make modular parks and the last being a Alleyway to decorate your areas which are behind your main roads.
Its being my plugin, I of course have put some additional parts mainly to intersections and to stait roads.
All of them come in both normal placement and in linetools.
Some of the textures having been taken from the game are not mine so they're Lobby&Theo's.

This plugin contains a 2x2 rowhouse (with both left and right facing versions) and four variations of a small residential tower. all buildings are level 2. These buildings are all based on a building featured in my commercial pack.

Two sets of 2x2 rowhouses.
They're both level 2 residential buildings with a capacity of 48 inhabitants.
Both left and right facing versions are included.

One of the last plugins I've made the ATC Tower plugin is a plugin that I've been dying to publish since I created it which I created cause the game lacked a ''proper ATC tower'' which was high and all-seeing..
It has total of 4 colors, is 1x1 and does not have a ground texture and because it's in the airport category it is easy to find.
!Disclaimer! This does not function like a ATC Tower it is a mere decoration.
I also got the idea of this ATC tower from Hamburg's ATC Tower, you can clearly see the influence I got on the orage one.
The top of the tower is taken strait from the in game one other parts are mine.
