Alien Commercial Builder, found in parks. Builds on land and water. Removes itself, builds land, zone, then residence. Commercial removes itself if road disappears. Is upgradable. Requires poor population of 1,000. Upgrade removes itself for reward upon click. Upgrade too many and all Alien Commercials remove themselves!

Ehh, you know how it works, don't you?

So, as you know, I like spicing up TheoTown with bringing more variety to in-game buildings, etc...
One day,when I was sitting in my chair and doing nothing,I thought that the warehouses in TheoTown and the color variety of these weren't enough,so I decided to make these.
This part of Warehouses with more colors pack includes;
5 diffrent colored warehouses of the 2x2 blue warehouse,one being a millitary warehouse and another one being a rusted out warehouse.
Dissclaimer:I don't own the original ''blue'' texture and all credits of this original texture goes to Lobby and presumably Theo...
Update:I have added the inverted version to store too.

After some indolent weeks,I suddenly decided to make the continuation of this pack,so yaay...
This part of Warehouses with more colors pack includes;
4 distinct colored warehouses (blue,green,orange,rusty) based on the original 2x2 gray warehouse which is made by Lobby&Theo.

That's a easier version of TCDD. It has't got any modulable stations or complex categories. Only 1 category and that category includes;
-3 Types of rails with one way versions. Tunnel prices are free. (Thanks Lobby)
-1 1x1, 1 2x2 and 1 3x3 train stations by Borbor, Pounkiller and Yusuf8a684
-Platform line tool
-4 types of decoration tiles (tree, sign, route sign and light pole)

/ABOUT UPDATE
That update is more like a fix and adaption to new update of TT. Now it is compatible with in-game rails and train stations. Also added new one-way rails for crazy interchanges buildiers and changed old gravel rail's bridge textures to new and better ones. Big thanks to Lobby because he let me to use free tunnel prices. Now you can easyly build tunnels...

Added a tutorial about making modulable stations, it is at the description of modulable tool (Top on the modulable tool for tutorial). If you are still confused please visit TheoTown's forum. There should be better tutorial. And fixed tramway problem.. And please don't give down vote just for can't using modulable tool...

It is a train pack for TheoTown. All stations has rotation aware and it has a modulable station system which is inspired from Haydarpasa Train Station in Istanbul/Turkiye and all stations inspired from Turkiye (Hatay,Kirklareli and Balikesir). We learned the codes from danekbel's and Kingtut101's train plugins.
