Salamualaykum and Mabuhay!

You may feel shocked about this new plugin I'm gonna release. It may seem different from other plugins I have created. This is a modern building found in my city here in Cagayan de Oro. Well these buildings have been changed a bit on my perspective and such. But I retained mostly the real features the building has.

This consists of 5 buildings found in Upper Balulang ( Uptown ) Cagayan de Oro. I hope you enjoy this plugin and wishing you all the best!

The Sindoni Tower, It is a building of 125 meters located in the city of Maracay, Venezuela. This building is the highest in the city and the eighth highest in Venezuela. It was inaugurated in 1999.

Commercial T. Three workers. 1x1. Use this shack to add to your town square or park. It looks like a decorative building. It is, but it also provides MONEY
The people in the shack are currently selling hotdogs, hamburgers, and drinks to your citizens.

Want to get rewarded for your population milestones?

This plugin does exactly that. It adds five rewarding star-shaped statues. They have Park Influence (range depends on level). Each star takes up a four by four (4x4) space and can each be built one time only.

The five types (in order):
Wood = 100 Population = 10 Park Influence
Bronze = 1,000 Population = 25 Park Influence
Silver = 10,000 Population = 50 Park Influence
Gold = 100,000 Population = 100 Park Influence
Diamond = 1,000,000 Population = 200 Park Influence

The building is 5x5 and has management influence.

Remove any previous version of Industrial trees.plugin or rename to _Industrial trees.plugin in your plugin folder.
1x1 RCI residential commercial industrial displacers. ATM worlds may form next to roads in each dense RCI zone. When a traffic event happens, they rebuild. You may click them then, obtain 100,000 Theons, and keep the zone or when a second traffic event occurs, waste disposal trees grow in this spot. These you may not remove except by fire. You may now upgrade these trees to blue taco poles, which when clicked give Theons and disappear. Or upgrade 12 to remove all waste disposal trees.
Some 1x1 burnable trees will also grow in industrial zones.

ATM Worlds are not placeable, but usually occur most often in new zones. Waste disposal trees are placeable, they may be found in the supply category.

Waste disposal trees won't stay next to each other and will remove themselves at random times until one is left alone. The decorations that replace them on the south and west sides of roads may be upgraded to restore the zones. :) Up to 256 tiles will eventually be zoned with the zone of your choice.

All trees in this plugin might catch fire at random times.

Sad, lonely Dead Tree in decoration

This is the last part of the harbor pack, it Includes,
Two new 2x2 harbor industrial buildings,
Seawall as decoration.
Most of the textures are taken from the originial game and made by Lobby&Theo.

Ahh,parking the must of all urban areas.
With this plugin you can finally place the original parked car decos without a ground texture and in both ways !!
And additionally I've added 19 more new parked cars to this pack to spice things up.
Textures were mostly made by Lobby&Theo, but some of those are by Borbor.

This is another idea that could not wait anymore.
Before I wanted it to be a 3x3 Building but was not possible due game limitations so you can build it as you want.
