This plugin was inspired in -LeoLeo-'s Original plugin.
i added a function... it duplicates the speed of each car passing over the road. (depending the road type)
it prevents traffic jams... because when the cars are stuck they delay the cars that go further back.
usefull if you use Horizontal Traffic Lights.

I made a famous european folklore into Theotown.
It seems like these fountains are everywhere nowadays from Europe to Asia, but not in Theotown... Untill now!
This fountain will have a income of 10k TT.
Took me more time than I expected (around 4 hours)
I didn't add animations since they all looked static and ugly.

The base was inspired by theotheoderich's town hall

Update vr3 : Nerfed income from 10k to 5k
Added "max count":5,
