This is a pack of 7 residential buildings with a shape that looks like a spike. Also every single one have night animation.
here are the buildings:

some of the have transparency in some parts of the ground.

This building is notable for its distinctive brick facade and modern office architecture, which blends seamlessly with the historic surroundings, including the nearby Bayenturm, a former city defense tower. Also, I added a white variant because why not.
