to use it, go to Public, Decoration and Fence, bike lane are located, for use just as you would use normal fence, and don't forget to read the in-game bikelane description

v 1.1 New TV billboards have been added: farm products, houses in the mountains, the most famous oil companies (the plugin for gas stations is almost ready, the night animation remains to be completed) and other advertising...

It's a 3x3 sized library providing culture, and both levels of education (low and high) influence. It's inspired by older English/European buildings, though no one in particular. I think it's nice, so I hope others think so too :3

This plugin introduces cloud movement that dynamically adjusts based on your city's view and scale, adding an extra layer of realism and visual appeal to your cities.

Features:
1. Dynamic Cloud Movement:
- Movement: Clouds move from the right side, to the left side of the screen.
- Speed Adjustment: Cloud movement adjusts to match the speed of your city, keep in mind that the movement of the clouds is slow.
- Horizontal (X-axis) movements keep clouds within their range, while vertical (Y-axis) movements adjust cloud positions to a new view.
- Fast movements of the screen cause the clouds disappear and reappear new clouds.

2. Adaptive Cloud Generation:
- Automatic Reappearance: Clouds disappear when out of view and automatically reappear within the visible range of the city.
- Performance: The number of clouds adjusts automatically based on the city size.
* Regardless of plot size, only 8 clouds are visible at time for performance optimization.

3. Visual Variety:
- Appearance: Clouds vary in transparency and size, creating a visually diverse sky.
* Keep in mind that there are only 4 frames, 2 large and 2 small clouds, for performance reasons.
- Shadow Effects: Clouds have shadow effects.
- Day/Night Compatibility: Clouds adjust to the day/night cycle.
- Zoom Consideration: Clouds automatically become invisible when zoomed in too closely to avoid obstructing the view.
- Cloud Scaling: The size of the clouds is adjusted slightly according to the zoom scale.

4. User Settings:
- Enable/Disable Clouds: Toggle the cloud on or off through the Settings menu.

Tested City Sizes:
- Small: 0.10 km²
- Medium: 0.41 km²
- Big: 1.6 km²
- Huge: 6.6 km²
- Colossal: 15 km²
- Giant: 26 km²
- Even Bigger: 105 km²

This plugin adds a 3x3 medieval styled hospital based on a medieval hospital in Goslar, Germany.

"In the year 1254, a hospital for people in need, invalids and orphans, but also for pilgrims has been erected in Goslar. Today the building, which is generally known by its German name 'Große Heilige Kreuz', still houses flats for retired people."

This plugin was supposed to be a part of a pack of different buildings based on plugin suggestions in the discord server, but I wasn't really in the mood for drawing more buildings again so I decided to post this separately.
I tried getting it as close as I can, but it's not 100% accurate (especially in parts not visible on photos or google maps)

About the plugin:
This pack contains 30+ buildings that are all either inspired by or based upon buildings from mostly New York City. Most of them are residential but there are also a couple of commercial buildings, two fire stations and a police precinct.
All residential buildings are part of a custom residential zone.
There is also a seperate plugin containing all the old graphics that were replaced in the previous update. You can find it in the theotown forum on this plugin's page there.

Update 3 June 2024:
added four new buildings and updated the graphics for the 3x3 fire station.

Update 13 september 2022:
added 3 new buildings, one 3x3 appartment complex and two 2x2 stores.
Update 18 June 2022:
This update adds 11 new buildings. The focus of this update was to add a couple of level TTT residentials since those were missing in the custom residential zone. Also now each residential level has at least one dense building.

The content list:
- a custom residential zone with:
- 4 1x1 decorations
- 6 1x1 houses
- 13 2x2 buildings
- 4 3x3 buildings
- 3 4x4 building
- 1 6x6 building with 3 height variations.
- 4 commercial buildings:
- a 2x2 gas station, car repair shop and store building
- a 4x4 hotel from Laredo, Texas (not really from the east coast, I know)
- 2 fire stations:
- one 3x3 fire station and a 2x2 fire station
- the police precinct building from Brooklyn 99, size 3x3
