Hello , I'm RockFort , and I'm thrilled to present you my new plugin : a pack of 5 small sport facilities , ranging from a 1x1 basketball court to a 4x4 sport hall !

This pack is a rework of an old plugin of mine and contains : a 1x1 half basketball court for crowed urban areas , a 2x2 modern skatepark , a 3x3 outdoor gym , a 3x3 multipurpose sport park , and a 4x4 sport hall .

All the buildings have sport influence , a bit of park influence , some culture influence , and are unlocked at various ranks ( rank 3 to 5 ) .

The ground is removed on all buildings , allowing you to change the ground underneath the buildings to your liking .

Hello , this is me , RockFort , and I'm thrilled to give you my new plugin : a pack of Japanese - themed city halls !

This pack allows you to build 2 city halls inspired by the city halls of Gotsu and Kurume , Japan .

I choosed to make these ones because I wanted to do some Japanese public buildings in order to fit with a Japanese-themed city . The Gotsu City Hall was a suggestion from @The_Real_Michael_1 in the ideas-for-plugins thread of the TheoTown forum .

The Gotsu City Hall is a 10x4 building in - game and provides some management ( 120 ) and a few park and culture influence . It is modulable and is splited into 2 3x3 parts and a 4x4 part . @wa64 made some edits to the building of the original pack , along with mirrored version of the building , which gives more life to it in my opinion . Great if you are looking for more details and more variety !

The Kurume City Hall is a 3x7 building in game and provides some management ( 180 ) and a few park and culture influence . It comes with 2 2x2 and one 3x3 pieces.
Due to the repetitive design of the floors , I implemented animations in order to save some plugin space .

You can find all the puzzle pieces in their own subcategories in your management tab .

The ground is removed on all the buildings , allowing you to change the grounds underneath the buildings .

IMPORTANT : If you were using the Gotsu City Hall previously ( with or without the Wa64 edits ) and want to have the new Kurume City Hall , please remove the GotsuCityHall.zip or you might end up having issues ( id already in use ! )

This pack is a standalone pack and can be used without having the Japanese Residential Building pack .

- 1 4x4 large office building ( variation of the tokyo30 residential building from the JPPack )

This pack contains 220+ Japanese-themed T , TT and TTT residential buildings for your city , from old historic traditional houses to suburban homes , apartement complexes , low - rise buildings , and large-scale apartement towers , as well 4 custom zones !


This new update ( 2.4.10 ) is a small update that focus mostly on adding low-rise and apartement buildings and improving a few of the older graphics .

IMPORTANT : If you used the old versions of the pack , please remove the old version from your plugin folder and replace it with this new pack if you don't want to have issues when launching the game ( aka id already in use ) .
