I watched the creating if buildings for a while now and as I see it the chance that bigger / newer buildings spawn on dense commercial areas is very, small.

Am I right or do I miss something?

Thanks for the reply, but my city is not that small. (ca. 120k). In the dense area I usually use 5 or 6 wide blocks.

Any else ideas?

Hi, I have Building Pack 1 + 2 and only some of the new buildings are built in my city. I especially miss the new business and residential skyscrapers (4x4). I have a lot dense zones of R and C and a lot are TTT aswell, so a lot of chance for them to spawn. But there are only a lot of those 2x2 and ...

With the new update it is building now. But I guess it was related with the high taxes I had for industry.

I will have an eye on it...

I'm facing another problem : newly assigned industrial zones (low, dense, harbor or farm) does not get build into even if I have high demand. Zones are connected to streets.

No problem for residential or business.

Is anyone else experiencing this, too?

Thanks for the reply. Would it be possible to to change my level? I started with medium and maybe my city would be able to survive on the easy level....
