Not connecting to other cities in online region
Title says it all but to elaborate, I can't connect my online regions cities. Even tho when I add a connection say, a rail or country road, it does actually port into the new city block. Neither do water pipes, is trading water and electricity online possible? Me and a buddy wanted to build a region...
