not sure if its a bug, but transportation happiness stays at 50%.
while my 9k residents have a 98% overall happiness...

Not really a bug but a default?, i think the game uses the ingame bus to made transport happiness rise which remain mystery to make

Pretty sure that's not Aos lol just saying

That's because it's already downloaded on yours, on more thing about siege mode it can't be active outside the map or until you reach city rank 5
