Okay, i have fixed the problem. Turns out i need to build more than 1 bus routes to make it work.

Already did that, doesn't work

I just built a bus depot, but it doesn't generate any tickets. I've waited long but it still stays at zero. Is this a bug or am i doing it wrong?

Try to build it far from industrial buildings?

If you play the game for growth, income, etc rather than aesthetics, then this method will be useful.

Apparently, you can unlock the "De-escalating the situation" achievement by calling in police to a protest, despite the description saying "Call in SWAT to stop a riot". Now, i don't know wether this was a bug or intentional.
