The windows tough..

The way the windows on the entrance are facing makes me believe the walls are like dented inwards, them outwards, and then inwards again.

It kind of reminds me of the American Horror Story house.
It also doesn't look THAT haunted, it looks more like it's aged, so it could be usable for, like, a really fancy rustic neighborhood or something
