I just downloaded train manager mod and I can't add stations. I built every single possible station and still can't create train route. How do I do that?

I had created plugin with YT tutorial, and after i choose file, at screen i can see .png is wrong type of plugin. I had also zip file but i cant pick it. What i had done wrong? Please help, i realy want upload it
