I've got a hospital servicing the whole area with plenty of spare beds. I was also confused by the supply rating. What is that supposed to...

It seemed to occur after placing anything (zones, pipes etc) but I haven't noticed it since your latest update overnight. Will let you know if it reappears.

I have noticed since the most recent update that everything stops briefly as though it is on pause, however I have it on a normal speed. After a while things start moving again but this is a little annoying.

At first I thought the game was crashing and would quit out of it.
