How do I generate premade towns?
One time when I created a region there was a small town on it, nothing much but to see a fully developed small town that could sustain itself was amazing to me. Is there any way I can make sure a town generates on a region or is it just luck of the draw? I want to try and refurbish them etc Thanks, ...
