i play on pc, but some users experience the same problem on android

when i download a plugin, it always takes ages, like even if the size is below 1mb, it still takes an hour just to download one, sometimes it randomly returns to 0%, and the downloads get stuck randomly, even though i have fast internet (i can download 10gb files in under 1 min) but plugins take so ...

the plugin should change the icons of the forum and the account, but it did not

the plugin is active, with no errors displayed, but the icons are still the same, i tried deactivating/activating the plugin, deactivating other plugins, restarting the game, reinstalling the game, but no, how do i fix this?
