Yes and yes. Absolutely.

Finding buildings only by keyword in description and title is too inconvenient with a lot of plugins. For example, because buildings from some plugins have no description. More filters are needed and they should be based on buildings characteristics, which are in any case written in plugins files. A...

Yeah, I noticed that residentials are sorted first by occupied area and next by capacity. But why I cannot sort them by capacity right away? Even SimCity: Societies has this possibility.

I want to find residential building with largest capacity. But with really big quantity of plugins it will take hours, because in manual building menu all placed in a completely random order.
