Try removing the " quote marks around the numbers, true, and false. The submit plugin checks for json syntax more strictly than the game does. Json does not use quotes around numbers, true, and false.

I found out that in my 'Space Center pack', museum has error. But I cant upload it I cant get it.
There was no error in 'Underwater Training Center' json file. This is the json file picture that has error :/
