I think it's probably impossible as long as the developers don't include it in the region generator. I do think that a moon decal plugin might help you. Generate a regular map, replace grass with that moon decal. Problem is, I'm unaware of any moon decal plugins...

... all of them. I have around 1k+ plugins and some of the plugins i used are private or not available to download anymore. So it's literally almost impossible. But i do have a plugin list on Discord but it doesn't really list all 1k+ plugins. (Basically the list is incomplete). Finger crossed that ...

I truly believe there's alot of potential in TheoTown but is just the game is pretty limited due to the codes being old and messy so i love the idea of TheoTown 2. Unfortunately there are really only 2 devs so TheoTown 2 might be impossible for now.
