New industrial zone does not build

Hi,

I'm facing another problem : newly assigned industrial zones (low, dense, harbor or farm) does not get build into even if I have high demand. Zones are connected to streets.

No problem for residential or business.

Is anyone else experiencing this, too?

With the new update it is building now. But I guess it was related with the high taxes I had for industry.

I will have an eye on it...
