(Residential) Gang Area

Have you ever thought that starting a new city was too easy for you? Well I present gang areas. These will spawn automatically, but they provide a bit of challenge because they make noise. This will affect buildings very close to it, but don't worry it's range isn't far. It won't spawn too often because it's a lvl T house that only holds one person (even though there are four people outside). I used Theo's sample plug-in texture as a template, but I changed up the colors and I added a few details to it. Ill be making more buildings like his soon. Anyways, here's a picture and a download link.

Just a part of the challenge
Btw they won't appear as often as your city grows becuase your demand for small 1x1 buildings will be a bit lower and you can always destroy them if they are too much to handle.
