This water tower that also need Electricity as secondary energy, so Please consider to place Electricity before build them. A night animation for this plugin not yet to complete, so the effect of Electricity-need wouldn't be shown now. Please wait for my Compilation plugin pack on the further time for Night animation version.
Since this water tower has ground level that had Window as its exterior, so I will add Night animation as would add Lights inside this building.
Yeah just makes it so Essentials, has Window(s) why nothing Lights inside of it?

So If more peoples that downloaded this Plugin, more Electricity can produced inside this Water Tower Plugin as well, mate.

It's not a good practice providing electricity and water from the same plugin. If it is meant to provide water, the pipe system won't be shown when clicked, but instead the power supply will.

Yeah, maybe You're right, but on some cases on my previous local inhabitant, some facilities had a multi-purposes function, like some many schools that also provide recreation besides education aspects, some commercial Buildings that also provide Residential points, and even Sports facility also had a religious provided inside it on some Holy-days, mate.
So it doesnt matter to me, I just adapted that local inhabitant situation into In-game inspiration references.
