1) able to rotate the map by free will on any perspective
2) has the option to rotate each building( it would be nice if when you decide it on that certain rotation it wont change its position once you rotate the map)

The game is 2D and therefore this suggestion will be impossible to implement because every single piece of the world texture will have to be reworked from scratch. This will also take a notable toll on the plugin system.
