Maybe i can help you on economy, i can give some tips to you.
First, Build more Commercial and Industry not Agriculture.
Secondly,Up Little bit for tax(about 0.5 % to 1.0%)
Lastly, Build More Residential Building.

This is how Blazeville's economy got crazy:
1. Middle mode. 50,000 Theons.
2. After constructing small elementary school, I got a -3456 loss.
3. Too avoid getting eaten by bankruptcy, I had to take 3 loans.
4. Got 45,897 money at a rate of +840 income.
5. Complainers of education ignited a Demonstration and Riot. (9 TIMES IN A ROW!!!
)
6. Mayor upgraded all roads to country road.
Money before: 89,678
Money after: 245
Also money has -2098 loss. Had to take 9 loans because I almost got devoured of bankruptcy (Again!)
After 2 Theo town year, I got +10,987 income. Phew.
7. Constructed a High school on both islands. Due to that, I got -12,900 loss!
Money before: 145,900
Money after: -3278 (ITS NEGATIVE!)
Had to take 18 loans (LOL). Plus I need to wait for cool down because maximum allowed loan is 10.
After 7 years, money got fresh again. +12,398 income at 6.5 tax rate.
8. Construction of Bus transportation system as well as train transportation system causes me to have -6700 loss.
Money before: 167,000
Money after: 15,000
Had to take 4 loans before city get well again. After a while city now got +14,000 income.
