Because Theotown is a free app (except it's IAP)
Its not like you are illegally downloading games that costs money
Just be careful of the scammers
Even if you download something illegally you have a slim chance of actually getting
Caught by my experience of doing a lot of illegall downloading
(Not like I'm encouraging you to do that)
But if you want to be 100% safe just don't use it

Why use Amazon? It requires you turn off the download only from known sources security setting. What you download may be safe, but if you don't immediately restore the setting, any page you visit on the internet may download without your knowing it.
