I'm planning to make plugins inspired of asian cities ( mainly from Japan, the TRUE Korea a.k.a South Korea

and Taiwan ) The only problem I have is that... PIXLY is sooo hard to use !!!!

Use Novix
Or better yet, use paint.net or GIMP.
I use novix because it is simple to use and pixly when I want to import another texture into my plugin texture.
