and Taiwan ) The only problem I have is that... PIXLY is sooo hard to use !!!!

Use Novix
Or better yet, use paint.net or GIMP.
I use novix because it is simple to use and pixly when I want to import another texture into my plugin texture.

and I have to admit that the Ryugyong in Pyongyang looks pretty good
