@Lobby a little suggestion... If you add a "flag service" plugin feature? I have train plugins and its a little anoying see the trash trucks slowing down the trains

Maybe emergency vehicles and trash trucks should only go down roads not flagged for their types when they are called to an emergency using the "call vehicle" feature. That would fix this issue, as well as keep their intended functionality​ of fixing problems.
