Loans should keep growing and not be limited

So I like to build cities with millions of population and I noticed a problem that I can't loan more money at some point were my city's income is higher than the loan itself l, hope this gets fixed

Income of my city named 6M city is around 1m

But the max allowed loan is ...

So this loan is really useless
