When i played on my first city, There was a bug where the road to another city was red on traffic and there was no traffic and no city at the way??? Everytime it appears i had to destroy the road and replace with a new one.What is this bug

I can only say that I've had similar road connections to other regions too. If you encounter a problem, try to re-download or restart the game. Maybe it's just a mistake in textures and layers.
