Khinshtein became the governor of the Kursk region, he once informed everyone that YouTube was slowing down and degrading. no one was waiting for him here, no one assumed that Smirnov would go somewhere

I wonder how much longer modern rulers will rule? Trump, of course, until 2028 at least. Putin too, at least until 2030. And the rest? Scholz, Macron, Zelensky, Xi Jinping, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev (Kazakhstan)?

Re: Politics
I'm late but, what I think is that ordinary people will definitely call democracy actual improvements in daily life and freedomness (I don't if that's a word).CheburekX999 wrote: ↑23 Jan 2025, 11:48By the way, who calls what democracy? (we don't say anything about other countries)
Academics will call it a system of governance. Maybe...?
And for... Politicians... I suppose one way to legitimise their power?

If people would want FULL freedom we would turn into anarchy, so it's good that we have a limited freedom and democracyFyonche wrote: ↑05 Feb 2025, 07:07I'm late but, what I think is that ordinary people will definitely call democracy actual improvements in daily life and freedomness (I don't if that's a word).CheburekX999 wrote: ↑23 Jan 2025, 11:48By the way, who calls what democracy? But, yeah, most humans aren't the type to use full freedom for good. That's why limited freedom's still a good thing.

For example, the legalization of all parties (except for the ultra-right, of course). For example, in Russia, in other post-Soviet countries, in European countries Comimmunistic parties, such as the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the Communist Party of Belarus, and the Communist Party of Ukraine, have been legalizedCheburekX999 wrote: ↑23 Jan 2025, 19:51By democracy, I mean not the freedom of speech, but the freedom of the people.Mendel Group wrote: ↑23 Jan 2025, 18:15Democracy by the dictionary meaning.CheburekX999 wrote: ↑23 Jan 2025, 11:48By the way, who calls what democracy? Re: Politics
And anyway, I love the forum as a whole! No one here condemns anyone for their nationality, religion, or political views... For example, no one shouts at me that I'm a "stupid Russian", "commie" or "fascist". No one is judging anyone for their interests. For example, at the end of 2024, I got hooked on one game, but no one is judging me for loving this game. Yes, I've mentioned it more than once, but not to the point of turning the forum into an art gallery for this game. There are kind people here, everyone will help in a difficult situation, give advice...
