The national flag of Tatlia. It is the most correct variant of the country's flag. In 1998, various uprisings and resistances against the then government took place under this flag.
Shortly after the end of the Civil War, this flag was recognized as a national symbol.

Presumably, Tatlia should be located in Europe off the coast, possibly the Mediterranean, the Black Sea or another sea.
