Is it possible to turn off standard residential buildings in game?

Hey everyone! This question appeared in my head while i was playing the game today. I saw a lot of the same buildings like in all of the district.
So I'm wondering if there's a plugin that can turn off these buildings at all or maybe to choose individually.

But the most effective thing is to simply practice placing buildings manually, it may take more time, but it is the best way to place the buildings how and where you want.
