Re: CANELO vs THEO
R1 - 0:00 – 1:00
Delagarde comes out fast, as expected. His stance is high and tight, bouncing on his toes, snapping out quick jabs immediately. He’s testing distance, throwing a flurry that forces Canelo to retreat a step. Theo lands a fast left to the body, followed by a right up top. Canelo stays patient, high guard, head movement subtle.

Re: CANELO vs THEO
R1 - 1:00 – 2:00
Canelo starts to pressure forward, feinting and slipping, looking to find the rhythm. He lands a crisp jab to the chest, then a sneaky right to Theo’s guard. Theo pivots out with ease and throws a triple jab, finishing with a sharp left hook to the ribs—Canelo smirks. The challenger’s speed is immediately apparent, and he’s not afraid to let his hands go.

Re: CANELO vs THEO
R1- 2:00 – 3:00
Theo throws a five-punch combo, only two get through, but he backs Canelo into the ropes. Canelo rolls under and counters with a right to the body—his signature. He stalks Theo back to center ring. The final 20 seconds sees Theo darting in and out, tagging with jabs and checking Canelo’s reactions. Canelo stays composed, lands a stiff right to the hip as the bell rings.

End of Round 1:
- Delagarde edges it on activity—fast hands, sharp angles, and aggressive volume.
- Canelo is reading, processing—classic slow starter.
- The crowd is buzzing. Analysts note: “Theo’s come to fight. He’s not here to survive—he wants this.”
Unofficial Scorecard: 10-9 Delagarde

Re: CANELO vs THEO
R2 - 0:00 – 1:00
Theo comes out bouncing again, right back on the jab. He peppers Canelo with a few quick straights, not much damage but plenty of volume. Canelo, still calm, starts walking Theo down, crouching lower. Theo launches a three-punch combo—jab, right, left hook—but Canelo rolls and rips a counter left hook to the ribs. The thud echoes.
Theo winces briefly but circles away, resetting. That’s the first shot that got his attention.

Re: CANELO vs THEO
R2 - 1:00 – 2:00
Canelo starts closing the gap. He’s now parrying Theo’s jab and stepping in behind a lead right. He lands one to the temple that stuns Theo just enough to stop his feet for a second—Canelo digs another body shot. Theo fires back with a hook of his own but catches Canelo’s elbow.
The pace slows slightly—Canelo has found the timing. Theo is still faster, but Canelo’s economy and positioning are beginning to matter.

Re: CANELO vs THEO
R2 - 2:00 – 3:00
Theo tries to pick the pace back up, stinging Canelo with a jab and then circling to his right. He lands a quick combo—jab-jab-left uppercut—but Canelo shrugs it off and lands a sneaky right hook to the liver that stops Theo in his tracks for a split second. Canelo smothers him on the ropes, lands a short uppercut just before the bell.

Re: CANELO vs THEO
End of Round 2:
- Canelo round—fewer punches, but heavier, cleaner, and more telling shots.
- Theo still active and confident, but that body work is adding up fast.
- Commentators note: “This is what Canelo does. He downloads you in Round 1, and in Round 2, he starts taxing your ribs like the IRS.”
Unofficial Scorecard: 10-9 Canelo (19-19 even)

Re: CANELO vs THEO
R3 - 0:00 – 1:00
Theo starts the round with a little less bounce—still active, but noticeably more measured. He opens with a stiff double jab and a right cross that just grazes Canelo’s chin. Canelo nods, closes the distance, and cuts the ring off beautifully.
Theo throws a lead left hook but Canelo reads it, slips inside, and digs a left-right to the body. That one lands flush. Theo backs out, clearly bothered. Canelo stalks him to the ropes and lands a clean uppercut to the solar plexus.

Re: CANELO vs THEO
R3 - 1:00 – 2:00
Delagarde fires back—he’s not folding. A burst of offense from the Frognois: left to the body, right upstairs, and a check hook on the way out that draws a roar from his section of the crowd. But Canelo doesn’t flinch. He keeps pressing, tight guard, slipping shots like he’s in a phone booth.
Canelo lands a crisp jab, then a right hook to the ribs that buckles Theo just slightly—it’s subtle, but the effect is visible. Theo clinches for the first time in the fight.

Re: CANELO vs THEO
R3 - 2:00 – 3:00
With 40 seconds left, Canelo corners Theo again. This time, he unloads—a six-punch combination, mostly to the body, with a right uppercut at the end. Theo spins off the ropes, throws a jab on instinct, and just misses with a big left.
The bell rings. Canelo walks back to his corner like a man in control.

Re: CANELO vs THEO
End of Round 3:
- Canelo round, and decisively. He’s hurting Theo to the body and making him work every second.
- Theo is still dangerous, still fast—but his energy is being slowly drained.
- The commentary is buzzing: “You can see the wheels turning for Theo—but Canelo’s got the wrench.”
Unofficial Scorecard: 10-9 Canelo (Canelo leads 29-28)

Re: CANELO vs THEO
R4 - 0:00 – 1:00
Theo starts the round with urgency, doubling up the jab and landing a fast left hook. He’s trying to get back on his bike, using angles and bouncing more like he did in Round 1. A sharp straight right sneaks through Canelo’s guard—cleanest punch Theo’s landed since Round 2. The crowd responds.
But Canelo, stone-faced, absorbs it and immediately closes the gap. He pins Theo to the ropes again and lands a digging left hook to the liver that freezes Delagarde for a second—he clinches, breathing heavily.

Re: CANELO vs THEO
R4 - 1:00 – 2:00
Canelo’s stalking now—he’s cut off Theo’s movement, forcing him into exchanges. Theo tries a flurry: jab-jab-cross, then uppercut, but Canelo rolls under, counters with a looping right to the temple, and follows with another brutal hook to the body.
Theo stumbles back—his legs dip. Not a knockdown, but close. Canelo senses blood and picks up the pace, landing a left hook to the head, then an uppercut that snaps Theo’s head back. The Frognois holds on again.

Re: CANELO vs THEO
R4 - 2:00 – 3:00
Delagarde’s corner is screaming at him to move. He tries to circle, but he’s visibly slower now. Canelo calmly walks him down and lands a sharp right to the ribs and a straight left to the face that whips Theo’s head sideways. His mouth is open—he’s hurting.
Final seconds: Theo throws a desperation right hand, it’s blocked, and Canelo returns with a snapping jab and a final hook to the liver before the bell.
