Restore plugin

I logged in on Theotown but my previously purchased plugins are still not showing up. Does anyone know how you can restore your previous acquired plugins?

Are you playing an online region map?

Many plugins still do not have a manifest file to appear there.

I guess he meant plugins that are now deleted (like modern amsterdam pack etc.).
