I have taken some textures from the in-game Residential Decorations and turned them into decals.
This plugin is something that I have been looking for, but couldn't find. So, I tried and made this initially for myself.
However, I thought that it might be helpful for others who want some of the decorations as actual decals and posted it in the forum!

The plugin has 9 frames, once this plugin is downloaded you will find it in Terrains tab. By using this plugin, you actually place one decal that has multiple frames, which means it will randomly texture your ground.
