Hi! Iam having a very destroying bug :( help

I have some private regions that I play with my brother but in April when I saved my city it took a long time and in the end an error message appeared. I tried everything from installing plugins that I uninstalled to changing Wifi (my brother does not have the bug on your PC) thinking it was the problem but it keeps happening.
I don't want to lose those regions that I create and play with so much love. I hope you can help me or give suggestions as to why the error

Install 64 java? (PC)

If you installing all plugin that unisntalled, you're wrong. It make the game not responding, check your internet connection and refresh the game it should works. Turn your
notification and open browser to fin theotown forum, then answer me and ping lobby instead. Because this was a computer bug

If all thing not work, the easiest way is create again the city/region.
