Portrait mode ground texture bug

so when i was playing today, i turned of portrait mode and as my city is near the border, a texture bug appeared

(Its hard to see, try going to the right of the ground limit)

A trivial texture error. Restart the application. If there is still an error, then try to remove the broken plugins that can overload the system, confusing files.
Так вы, видимо, на русском базарите?
