US Residential Zone project

Hello

Here is a special thread about a new big project : a residential US zone .

Its been a long time i thought about making this . My objective is to make low and high density . I hope making this project a bit like my French Residential Zone , if you know it .
But it can take a lot of time .... I took around 6 weeks for the French Zone , and i don't have a lot of time for plugins anymore .

I made already some suburban houses that will be added into the package .



Anyways , i started with this building i found in Tacoma , WA . Its a 2x2 building which will have animations to save plug-in space and more height versions .

Also , here is a 1x1 small appartement modulable building . You can put another buildings to make it looks more better . Thanks to SethHarris for the idea

More buildings are coming , i thought about making a art deco building like Themax suggested

Is this going to have a version that is not a separate zone, but just adds new buildings to the normal residential zones? Will you do the same with your previous french zone?

if i was you, i would make an US zone first ( it's way better to organise it according to countries of origin ) and add another variant where they are residential .

I think the contrary , because for now i don't have zone deco , tile etc

A new art deco 3x3 building from Phoenix , AZ , will surely be in TTT level and will have animations on it

btw suggestion you should make type of building: Downtown , Lower Downtown And neighborood

What i mean by dowtown is :

this with some kind of big glass building or brick towers...(taken from phoenix, AZ)

Lower Downtown as some kind of supermarkets,motels or brooklyn styles building:

(it look mexican because it phoenix but you see what i mean)

Neighboroods as of course residential houses with a more poor side alone a main road and the villas wich are very far away:
