My suggestion would be:
Chocolate Factory or Winery of some sort...
Chocolate factory would be level 1 as it employed low skilled laborers to produce chocolate.
Winery could be 1x1 or 2x2 TT industrial building.

What about 1x1 TTT building (specially suburbs) because there are only few 1x1 TTT residential buildings
