This plugin was inspired in @-LeoLeo-'s Original plugin
i added a function... it duplicates the speed of each car passing over the road. (depending the road type)
it prevents traffic jams... because when the cars are stuck they delay the cars that go further back.
usefull if you use Horizontal Traffic Lights.

Thanks _Rock Fort _ I had resolved the problem some time ago I was using an older version of TT which didn't have road decoration, I updated it, thanks anyway!
