How do you build those cities that have only TTT inhabitants in normal mode?
A guy tried to teach me, but I didn't understand anything. Help me please! Is there any video or post on reddit about?

T and TT habitants seem to move out on their own if you meet the needs of TTT habitants in that area. For instance if you don't have high education in some part of a residential area, then only T and TT habitants will move there. Try planting a TTT building in a place where T and TT habitants are moving in and see what they are unhappy about and fix that.
