Are there a list of all the options in game?

I think there will be a sticky topic with a list of icons of the available options in game and the level or requirements to get it, so newbies can explore that before plan a new city and don't commit a mistake expending valuable T in build objects when there are better ones or, save T to catch an option that is not visible yet.

In my case it would be great to know how far or near I'm to obtain access to subway, because the traffic is my big trouble and as I read that subway is a Premium option, I want to be sure when it will be available and the cost in game.
