This plugin was inspired by a C:S mod named "Imperial Courts Public Housing", credits to KingLeno for the original idea. Imperial Courts is a public housing project located in Watts, Los Angeles, California. It comprises 500 apartment units and was completed in 1944. This plugin comes with C:S inspired basketball court and an advertisement sign for the apartment complex

Where is the zip?

It has a .plugin file, it just works like a zip file. Just put it inside your plugins folder

I tried to run the IC.plugin file & it doesn't work. I keep getting an error saying I cannot open the file. Please make it a regular zip file to save us work in trying to open it.
