This pack allows you to build 2 city halls based on the one in the city of Kurume and the one of Gotsu , Japan .
I made this pack because I believe there isn't a lot of municipal / management buildings . I already made several city halls with different architecture styles , and i already made a modern one ( Lons - le Saunier city hall) but it is low quality by today standards now and would require a rework .
This pack was already complete for a long time ( since the end of August 2024 according to the naming in my files ) and I just forgot to upload it . Well , here it is !
I choose to do those ones because i wanted to do some Japanese public buildings in order to fit with a Japanese-themed city . I found about the Gotsu one thanks to the suggestion of @The_Real_Michael_1 in the ideas-for-plugins thread of this forum ( viewtopic.php?f=42&t=1392&p=176128&hili ... ll#p176128 ) and the Kurume one while looking for inspiration for the JP residential pack .

The Gotsu City Hall is a 10x4 building in - game and provides some management ( 120 ) and a few park and culture influence . It is modulable and is splited into 2 3x3 parts and a 4x4 part . @wa64 made some edits to the building of the original pack , along with mirrored version of the building , which gives more life to it in my opinion . Great if you are looking for more details and more variety !
Here is a suggestion of decoration using the asphalt parking plugin and the no-sidewalk road plugin inspired by the IRL building :

The Kurume City Hall is a 3x7 building in game and provides some management ( 180 ) and a few park and culture influence . It's unlocked at rank 9 and comes with 2 2x2 and one 3x3 pieces.
Due to the repetitive design of the floors , I implemented animations in order to save some plugin space .
You can find all the puzzle pieces in their own respective subcategories in your management tab .
The ground is removed on all the buildings , allowing you to place different sort of grounds underneath the buildings .
Night and snow graphics aren't included .
Credits to Wa64 for making edits on the Gotsu City Hall and Theo&Lobby for the antennae graphics .

IMPORTANT : If you were using the Gotsu City Hall ( with or without the Wa64 edits ) and want to have the new Kurume City Hall , please replace the GotsuCityHall.zip by the new JPcityhallspackRF.zip included in the downloads belows or you might end up with issues ( id already in use ) .

You can find the .zip in the main thread . Don't forget to replace the GotsuCityHall.zip by the new JPcityhallpackRF.zip in your plugin file or you might end up with issues ( aka id already in use ) .
