Hey everyone. I'm quite new to the game, already started several sities and encountered the same problem. At some point the epidemy started to appear in many houses, and their health level was about 50%, mostly it was big buildings, which were developed from the smaller once. I tried to demolish them, but later the new ones appeared, and the same thing happened. And I had hospital covering all the zones, it wasn't full so it can't be a problem with that. I hope I find a solution here. I googled that but didn't find anything.
