constructive criticism please

this is still a WIP, but I would like your thoughts please...

1- are the rooftops too crowded?
2- should there be more "stuff" on the ground around the globe?
it's mainly just cut/copy/paste of in-game stuff, so all credit goes to the original creators.

At first it doesn't look bad but the longer you look at it the worse it gets. Most of the shadows are incorrect and it's all a cheap collage of ingame graphics, which don't really go well together.

Yes, I see you flipped the main building after the shadows were applied. That doesn't really work well.
