TheoTown is very laggy when just entering the main menu

I'm using Google Pixel 6 with Android 13, before with Android 12 I could play TheoTown very smoothly, but lately it's been very laggy even though I'm not running any apps in the background
Is this the game's fault or my phone ?

Maybe App Are Big Size? Idk. Try Asking CommanderABab Or Lobby.

They might have introduced system use of core-limiting software with the update to prolong battery life.

The cache are the problem, try to clean the cache it works. Or if not, you can tell something to explain again later.
